Why not let us provide everything you need for a successful fundraiser? For more than a decade, we have been writing and producing events for non-profits, schools, churches, political candidates, and local businesses. Thanks to the trivia circuit in town who follow our events, we regularly sell out venues, from 20 tables to almost 60 at last season’s St. Patrick School fundraiser at The Crowne Plaza.
When you schedule your event with us, all you have to do is find a venue, and we’ll provide everything you need for a great trivia night.
- 10 categories with 10 questions each, customized for your event
- Tie-breakers if necessary
- Bonus games
- Multimedia presentation
- PA system
- Projector & screen
- Answer sheets
- Judges’ keys
- Hosting service
As Development Director of St. Patrick Catholic School, the idea was presented to me to host a “Trivia Night” as a fundraiser. Russ was absolutely wonderful to work with! From writing all of the questions that centered around our theme, to bringing in his own audio equipment, to being the “host with the most”, he ensured that our event was fun and memorable for all in attendance. Accordingly, we invited him back for our second trivia that filled the Crowne Plaza Ballroom. Again, he ensured a successful fundraising event for us that left everyone with a smile! Thanks Russ for your witt, wisdom, and dedication to fun!
Michelle Marley, Development Director, St. Patrick Catholic SchoolThe last two summers Russ from Springfieldtrivia.com provided the trivia and A/V set-up for a “Dumber Than Zane Trivia Night†with WQLZ and the Free Beer & Hot Wings morning show. Russ did a great job of tailoring the questions to our audience – and teaching me and my staff how to run a trivia night! Russ also helped communicate the date, time and location of our fundraising event via his Facebook and e-mail networks to trivia regulars, which helped beef up our attendance. The event this year was so successful that we ran out of food! Next year we’ll probably need to choose an even larger venue. If you’re considering doing a Trivia night, I recommend Russ Friedewald and Springfieldtrivia.com!

Russ,
Not sure the first went through. St. Joseph the Worker at Chatham would like to do Jan. 10,2015. Amy McKenzie has moved so we have two good men to replace her Tom Walters and Dan Sale. Please let me know if there are any scheduling issues and we would like to follow through with what Amy had done in past years.
Thanks,
Kevin Collings
