Funds will be used to help a 30 year old Springfield resident with a rare form of cancer: Stage 4 Synovial Sarcoma. The cancer has metastasised to her lungs and other areas in her trunk/ab and is inoperable. Funds will be used to seek the second opinion of and treatment from doctors who specailize in this rare cancer, of which there are none in Springfield.
