Lambda Pi Eta, the national honorary student communication society, will be hosting a fundraiser event at UIS on April 10th, 2010 at 7:00pm. The funds will help support the organization’s educational endeavors, including attending the Central States Communication Association Conference. Both the PUBLIC and STUDENTS are welcome to join us for a night of fun!
• The trivia night will be held in the Lincoln Residence Hall Great Room on the UIS campus. I will email you a campus map with highlighted parking and directions when you RSVP. Doors open at 6:15, event starts at 7:00.
• The event will include 10 topic rounds of 10 questions each, including some communication-centered themes.
• Entry fee will be $10 per person, with a minimum of 5 people, up to 10 people total per table.
• Mulligans will also be for sale for $1 a piece for a maximum of 10 per table. Mulligans are optional, but can serve as a great point generator for those hard/unknown questions.
• We will also do a True/False game during a break for another chance to win!
• Food and snacks will be available for purchase, but you can feel free to bring your own munchies.
• Cash prizes will be awarded to the first, second, and third place teams.
